These License Terms outline how Flows8 users may use, share, and modify digital products purchased or downloaded from the marketplace. By downloading or purchasing an item, you agree to these terms.
Flows8 offers two types of licenses for digital items:
Permits personal or internal business use.
You can install, modify, and use the item in your own projects.
The item cannot be resold, shared, or distributed outside your organization.
The license applies to one user or one project only.
Includes all Regular License rights.
Permits commercial and client-based projects where you use the item as part of a service or deliverable.
Redistribution, reselling, or rebranding the item as your own product is not allowed.
The license applies to a one or more client projects unless otherwise specified.
Free templates are provided under a personal-use-only license and cannot be sold, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.
You may not:
Share, resell, or re-upload templates on other websites or marketplaces.
Use templates for unlawful or misleading purposes.
Remove or alter copyright notices or author credits.
Claim ownership or authorship of another creator’s work.
You are allowed to customize or modify templates to fit your projects. However, modified versions remain subject to the same license restrictions and may not be redistributed or resold.
All items remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use, not ownership of, the digital product.
Each purchase generates a unique license record tied to your Flows8 account. Sharing or transferring licenses between accounts is prohibited.
Flows8 reserves the right to suspend licenses in cases of abuse, resale, or copyright infringement. Violations may lead to account termination and legal action.
Refunds are subject to Flows8’s Refund Policy and may only be granted for defective or misrepresented items. Once a file is downloaded, refunds are not guaranteed.
Regular License: access to item updates for 6 months.
Extended License: access to all updates and support for 12 months.
Support includes bug fixes and compatibility updates but not custom modifications.
These License Terms are governed by applicable laws in the European Union. Users agree to comply with all intellectual property and digital commerce regulations.
