These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Flows8 (“Flows8,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and all related websites, dashboards, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Flows8 is a multivendor digital marketplace for automation workflows, AI agents, and no-code templates (e.g., for n8n, Make). Users may browse, purchase, subscribe, download, and use items; Authors (sellers) may list and sell items to buyers under Flows8’s policies.
You must be 18+ and capable of entering a binding contract.
You must maintain accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or other policies.
Buyers purchase or subscribe to access digital items.
Authors upload and sell items, earn 70% of net sale price (see Author Terms).
Flows8 provides the platform, transaction processing, curation, and support policies. Flows8 is not a party to any separate service agreements between Buyers and Authors.
Pricing for individual items and subscription plans is shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled (see Pricing Terms).
Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction.
We may change pricing or features; changes apply on renewal or new purchases.
Abuse of coupons, promotions, or referrals may result in reversal or suspension.
After purchase, downloads are available via your account dashboard, subject to your plan’s daily limits and Fair Use.
Unused daily downloads do not roll over.
We may throttle, limit, or suspend downloads to protect platform integrity.
Attempting to bypass limits, share accounts, or mass-scrape content is prohibited.
Use of any item is governed by the Flows8 License Terms (Regular or Extended) and any item-specific license shown on the product page. In summary:
Regular License: personal/internal business use; non-redistributable.
Extended License: includes client/commercial projects; no resale/redistribution.
Free items: personal-use only, non-commercial, non-redistributable.
You receive usage rights, not ownership of the item.
Refunds are governed by the Flows8 Refund Policy. Because items are digital and instantly accessible, refunds are limited to cases such as defective files, misrepresentation, duplicate payment, or access issues. Chargeback abuse may result in suspension.
Authors must have rights to upload items and ensure accurate descriptions, clean files (no malware), and functional deliverables.
We may review, refuse, de-list, discount, promote, or remove items at our discretion.
Repeated quality or policy issues can result in author account termination.
Authors grant Flows8 a non-exclusive license to host, display, market, and distribute items through the Services.
Disclaimer: Flows8 does not own, create, or test all items sold by third-party authors.
The author is solely responsible for their item’s quality, compliance, description accuracy, and ongoing support.
Flows8 is not liable for any errors, damages, losses, or misuse resulting from third-party author items.
You agree not to:
Break any law or infringe any IP or privacy rights.
Upload malware, backdoors, or harmful code.
Scrape, spider, index, harvest, or bulk-download items or metadata.
Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
Use the Services to build a competing marketplace or dataset.
Circumvent technical measures, DRM, or download controls.
Post spam, fake reviews, or manipulate ratings.
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts for violations.
The Services, including site content, branding, and UX, are owned by Flows8 or licensed to Flows8 and protected by IP laws.
Items are owned by their respective Authors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
DMCA/Notice & Takedown: If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support@flows8.com with sufficient detail (rights owned, allegedly infringing material, URLs, evidence, and your contact info). We may remove content and notify the uploader.
Some items integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Telegram, Slack).
You’re responsible for your own third-party accounts, keys, and usage costs.
We’re not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or failures of third parties.
Items should list required dependencies; incompatibility outside listed support is not a Flows8 liability.
Use of the Services is governed by our GDPR Privacy Policy and cookie practices.
We collect only necessary data to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
Payments are processed via Stripe/PayPal; we do not store card details.
You have GDPR rights to access, rectify, delete, or port your data.

We implement technical and organizational measures (TLS, hardened hosting, routine monitoring).
You must keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected compromise.
Probing, scanning, or exploiting the platform is prohibited.
The Services and all items are provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with any particular stack, or that items will meet specific performance outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement).
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Flows8, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or reputational harm.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of €50 or the amount you paid to Flows8 in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Flows8 is not liable for author-created items, their functionality, security, legality, description accuracy, or any damages resulting from their use.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—those limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flows8 and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
your use of the Services or items;
your content or uploads;
your violation of these Terms or any law;
your infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, IP infringement, scraping, or security threat. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases; accrued obligations (e.g., payments due) survive.
We may modify the Services and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by notice on the site or via email. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable EU law.
Venue: Courts of Portugal (non-exclusive jurisdiction).
Before litigation, the parties will attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days of written notice.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and referenced policies (GDPR Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, License Terms, Pricing Terms, Author Terms, Free Items Policy, Referral Program Terms) form the entire agreement.
Severability: If a clause is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without consent; we may assign as part of a reorganization, merger, or sale.
Notices: Via email, site banner, or dashboard messages are deemed effective.
