Subscription Billing
All Flows8 subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Unlimited) are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal at the start of each billing period.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted access to your downloads. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your Flows8 account dashboard.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period — after which, your account will revert to the free tier.
Refunds
Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or accidental charges. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction by contacting support@flows8.com.
Usage Limits
Each plan includes a specific daily download limit. Unused daily downloads do not roll over to the next day. The Unlimited plan offers unrestricted downloads within fair usage limits to prevent abuse.
Licensing
Templates downloaded under any plan include a Regular License for personal or internal business use. Users with an Extended License or Unlimited plan may use templates in client or commercial projects. Redistribution or resale of templates is not permitted.
Upgrades & Downgrades
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and prorated adjustments are applied automatically.
Fair Use Policy
Flows8 reserves the right to monitor download activity to ensure fair use and prevent unauthorized sharing. Accounts found engaging in excessive or suspicious download behavior may be reviewed or suspended.
Support & Access
Each plan includes different levels of support and template access as listed in the pricing section. Premium and AI templates are available only to Pro, and Unlimited subscribers.
Pricing Changes
Flows8 may update pricing or features over time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any changes, and their current plan will remain active until renewal.
