Need Help With Your Purchase?
If you experience any issues while purchasing or downloading a template, please follow these steps:
Check your email for the purchase confirmation and download link. It may take a few minutes to arrive — and don’t forget to check your spam folder.
If the download link isn’t working, go to your Flows8 account → Downloads section to access all your purchased templates.
For billing or technical support, contact our team directly at support@flows8.com
or through the Help button in your dashboard.
If your issue is related to a specific workflow, you can also message the template creator via their profile page for detailed setup help.
